Tia Allen took the bronze trophy for The Rotary Young Chef Competition – England and NI – 2009 – 2010

1. Carpaccio of beetroot with breaded goats cheese
2. Bavette Steak with bearnaise sauce, potato rosti, caramelises carrots and shallots
3. Pear and ginger soufle with homemade vanilla ice cream on a poached pear
